1. Only players on VIP Level 2 Star and above are eligible to exchange Poker Plex Points for Cash. Any request received from a player not currently at VIP Level 2 Star and above will not be processed.
2. Players must confirm their full name and address with the request which must match exactly the details registered against your Poker account.
3. Players must have sufficient Poker Plex Points in their Poker account for each request. If there are not sufficient Poker Plex Point available the request will be cancelled.
4. Only Poker Plex Points generated by players from July 16th, 2009, onwards can be exchanged for cash.
5. The total amount of promotional money, including points exchanged for cash, plus any bonuses including reload and first deposit, must not exceed 60% of the rake generated by the player during the period of accumulation of such bonuses.
6. Please allow up to 3 business days for each request to be credited once an order is confirmed.
7. Once a request has been confirmed, cancellations or changes to the original request will not be permitted.
8. Poker Plex reserves the right to change the VIP Levels, redemption ratios and any other calculations listed at any time, with no prior notification necessary.
